Dragons, Fae, and a World Long Forgotten

Published over 2 years ago • 1 min read

Greetings from Azuria, dear Enclave friend,

I hope this finds you well! I'm writing you this lovely Tuesday next to a freshly poured cup of coffee and a coffeehouse-scented candle, and I hope to convey that same cozy ambience in today's letter! I can hardly believe that we're already at the end of July, but that also means we're approaching one of my favorite times of the year! (Yes, I am an autumn and spring person.)

Other News from Azuria

We're just over a month away from the Amber Queen release—yay! I'm so excited to get the third novel in the Age of Azuria series into your hands! There's tons of action and really cool creatures and lore throughout the novel. In short, I'm super in love with it, and I think you will be too!

If you haven't gotten your preview of the first four chapters, you can do so here. And make sure to get your exclusive copy of "The Shadow's Embrace" too! (But only read it after you've read Hadvarian Heist, book two in the series.)

And from Eldura!

I'm also really excited to share that I passed the 25% mark with my newest fiction project, Phoenix Rising, book one in the new series set in Eldura called Feather & Flame. (Or Feather and Flame—I keep going back and forth on the ampersand. Feel free to send your thoughts!)

Over the next couple months, I'll be adding posts to my site about Eldura to introduce you to the world that came before Azuria. I'd love to hear any questions you have about Eldura or anything you're curious about! Just hit reply, and I'll include the answers in the posts!

This series is so much fun to work on, and I'm excited to share more of it with you during the second half of this year!

Fun (and free!) Fantasy Reads

And before we say a fond farewell, I have another fun giveaway to share with you today! You'll find a wide variety of fantasy short stories, novels, and novellas in the mid-July fantasy giveaway!

I'm planning to check out Fae Song and "Not All Dragons Breathe Fire." Fae Song incorporates Celtic mythology and, for my fellow D&D fans, centers around a bard and a fighter. And "Not All Dragons Breathe Fire" has one of the cutest story blurbs I've ever read! I can't even write to you about it without smiling!

I wish you all the exciting adventures and engaging stories, until next time!

💚 Beth
